On November 2, 2020, at 12 o'clock Carsten Martin Wulff from the School of Governance, Law and Society will defend the doctoral thesis  "The Influence of the International Courts on New Human Rights Developments – the Example of the Right to be Forgotten".

Public defence will take place in Tallinn University hall M648.
