Riigi Kinnisvara AS scholarship "Tuleviku tipud" (Future Leaders)

The aim of the scholarship is to motivate successful TLU students.

The scholarship can be applied for by successful Bachelor鈥檚, Master鈥檚 and Doctoral students who meet the following criteria:

 

  • Matriculated to Tallinn University and not on academic leave at the moment of submitting the application and matriculated to Tallinn University at the moment of payment of the scholarship;
  • Weighted Average Grade no lower that 3.5;
  • An active attitude to life and a fan of his/her area of specialisation, aiming to become a top
    specialist in the field;
  • The planned final thesis:
    • is related to the core activites of the  and its mission to create sustainable work and operational environments;
    • supports the overall develpoment of the real estate sector.

Applications should be submitted by 20 October 2025.

The scholarship for Bachelor鈥檚 students is 2,000 euros, for Master鈥檚 students 3,000 euros and for Doctoral students 5,000 euros. If you wish to apply for the scholarship, please send the following documents (digitally signed) to kristin.tuule@rkas.ee:

  • Motivation letter in which the applicant justifies their choice of research field, explains how it is related to the core activities of the Riigi Kinnisvara As, outlines future plans, and provides a brief summary of their thesis
  • Curriculum Vitae;
  • Certificate of study results with grades and of active student status (i.e that student is matriculated and not on academic leave) which is sent to you  by your study counsellor upon request;
  • Confirmation of data accuracy;
  • Consent for Riigi Kinnisvara AS to process and use the personal data provided by the student in connection with participation in the competition, including the publication of scholarship recipients. By giving this consent, the student authorizes Riigi Kinnisvara AS to provide the university with the following data for the purpose of scholarship disbursement: the student鈥檚 name, thesis title, bank account number, and the right to verify the student鈥檚 enrollment status.

The student must be prepared to meet with Riigi Kinnisvara AS to give a 5-minute presentation, during which they introduce and justify the relevance of their thesis and the expected outcomes.

The decision on the award of the scholarship will be made no later than 21 November.
