Introduction
Ruihan Bai is a doctoral researcher exploring the psychological and behavioral dimensions of sustainability transitions, with a particular focus on how personal responsibility, agency, and trust in institutions contribute to sustainable change. She is a member of the SustainERA research group.
Before joining Tallinn University, she earned a B.S. in Psychological and Cognitive Sciences from Tsinghua University, an M.Ed. in Comparative Education from Beijing Normal University. She also was an exchange student in the Faculty of Education and Psychology at the University of Jyv盲skyl盲. Her previous research and publications address topics such as social and emotional learning, global competence, and comparative education.
