Introduction
Kadrian Allika has previously worked in both special and general education schools. She has earned a master's degree in Special Education Counseling and Inclusive Education. Since 2024, she has been working at Tallinn University as a visiting lecturer at the Teachers' Academy in the field of inclusive education. She teaches in the Special Education and Inclusive Education programs.
