Salome Khurtsidze is a junior researcher at the School of Educational Sciences. Her PhD thesis is focused on Estonian and Georgian school leaders’ job demands and resources, basic psychological needs and their leadership work practices. She holds two Master's degree in education. She has the experience in coordinating the international Master's study programme and short-term academic programmes, her professional background includes youth work and contibuting to projects in NGOs, startups, and international organizations.
