Kadi Georg has a background as an English teacher. Since 2016, Kadi has been working at the School of Educational Sciences as a teacher education lecturer, teaching courses related to general didactics, learner-centered pedagogy and teachers’ professional development at both the Master’s and Bachelor’s levels. Kadi is also a doctoral student in educational sciences, where her research focuses on the use of video-based reflection to support the transfer of teachers’ knowledge into practice. Kadi values involving learners in shaping instruction and the learning environment, and the continuous development of her own knowledge and skills.
