The lifetime achievement award, issued for the first time, went to Priit H玫bem盲gi, a guest lecturer at BFM.
Katre Pilvinski, the communication specialist at the School of Governance, Law and Society, won the award for the best article published in a county paper. Her winning story, about MP Priit Toobal鈥檚 reimbursement scandal, was published in Sakala on October 17, 2015.
