Five Master's Level Scholarships for Applicants from Georgia

As a part of the International Development Cooperation Program the Estonian Ministry of Foreign Affairs is providing five specific scholarships for prospective students from Georgia, for continuing their studies at the Master's in Human-Computer Interaction Programme (MSc) at Tallinn University.

The Estonian Ministry of Foreign Affairs is funding a Scholarship Program within the Development Cooperation Scheme of the Republic of Estonia with its priority partner state Georgia, for supporting the Georgian university graduates in the acquisition of higher education and conducting of research in Estonia.

Five Full-time Scholarships for Master's Studies in HCI

There are five Scholarships offered for undertaking full-time studies (2 years) at the (HCI) at Tallinn University, Estonia.

Costs Covered by the Scholarship

The scholarship will cover the following:

  • A tuition fee of 1100 Euros per semester, for 2 years of full-time studies
  • A monthly allowance of 400 Euros, during the academic year of 10 months (from September to June) in two consecutive academic years. NB! Summer holiday months of July and August are not covered by the Scholarship Program.

How to apply for the Scholarship of the Master's in HCI Programme?

In order to apply for the Scholarship, the candidates are expected to clearly indicate their need for the scholarship in their admission application to the Master's Programme in Human-Computer Interaction at Tallinn University.

All applicants are expected to follow the Tallinn University application procedure as specified under the following link:


Step 1: Apply online at

Step 2: Send the additional documents by mail.

Step 3: Submit your digital portfolio and a motivation letter.

Step 4: Take an admission interview on July 10, 2015 via Skype. Specify at the interview of your interest to apply also for the Scholarship.

Application Deadline: July 1, 2015.

The decisions for admission and scholarship allocation will be conveyed to each applicant via e-mail, by July 20, 2015.
