Tallinn University is part of the Estonian team, that was awarded at the Bett Awards 2021
Estonia was awarded the Global Showcase Award for International EdTech Programme of the Year at the Bett Awards in London. The award was received by Ms Tiina Intelmann, the Ambassador of Estonia to the United Kingdom.

BETT is a global series of education shows, that has been organised since 1985. The Estonian team to enter the show was put together by . Tallinn University applied and was chosen to be part of it.
Due to the pandemic, BETT 2021 took place online. was created by Janika Leoste, Viktoria Humal, Merle Pajus, Tiia 脮un, K眉lliki Tafel-Viia, Margot Adamson, Evelyn Neudorf, Maire Tuul, K盲tlin Vanari and Katrin M盲nnik.
"As a result of research and projects conducted by Tallinn University lecturers and researchers, various innovative prototypes of educational products have been created. BETT UK 2021/22 participation in the Estonian exhibition allows us to introduce these innovative approaches to the international target group and thereby increase the influence of Estonia as a digital country," comments Janika Leoste. "One good example is , whose robots are used by most Estonian kindergartens and to whom we give valuable feedback on the pedagogical use of these products. We also hope to expand the university's international network for co-creation of educational innovation with universities and educational institutions in other countries."
Estonia is also represented by DreamApply, ELIIS, Futuclass and ALPA Kids. Estonia's participation to the show was organised by Education Estonia, Education and Youth Board, Ministry of Education and Research, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Startup Estonia, eKool, Opiq, EdTech Estonia.
