On January 28, 2022 at 17 o'clock Eve-Liis Roosmaa from the School of Governance, Law and Society will defend the doctoral thesis  "Adult education and training: a comparative perspective of participation patterns across Europe".

Public defence will take place in Tallinn University hall M648.

Supervisors are Distinguished Professor Ellu Saar from Tallinn University and Rein Vöörmann (in memoriam).

Opponents are professor Pepka Boyadjieva from the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences and professor Richard Desjardins from the University of California in Los Angeles.
