Tallinn University Celebrates Chinese New Year

On February 8, at 15:00, the Tallinn University Astra Building Researcher鈥檚 Forum (ground floor) will host the Chinese New Year Celebrations.
The programme will feature musical performances, and lion and dragon dances by martial arts students. Students from our partner schools from China will perform Chinese traditional songs. There will be a lottery and traditional Chinese snacks.
The event is coordinated by the Tallinn University Confucius Institute. This is a Chinese language and culture centre, which is a part of a global Confucius Institute network. Currently there are nearly 500 Confucius Institutes in the world, coordinating cooperation between local and Chinese universities.
