Application forms
  • Students (including external students) submit RPL applications in the Study Information System. They can use the instructions in the Study Information System and the example below.
  • Non-students can submit the application on paper.
  • RPL Application for Fulfilling the Admission Requirements is completed for the recognition of prior experience when meeting the admission criteria.
  • If the student has previously not acquired all learning outcomes he/she shall register in the course, but it is recommended to complete the agreement form that specifies additional tasks required of the student.
  • Documents certifying previous formal studies (e.g. a diploma supplement, course description, description of course content)
  • Documents proving non-formal experience (e.g. diplomas and certificates of training courses)
  • Documents about work experience and other activities (e.g. a copy of an employment contract, job description, certificate from the institution, copy of a publication, documentation of events and other activities)
  • For the recognition of work experience it is possible to submit the analysis of acquiring learning outcomes as learning from experience analysis form.
  • Other materials the applicant considers relevant
  • NB! Original documents as well as copies are submitted (the originals are returned to the applicant after verifying the copies). If necessary, translations of foreign language documents are also submitted.
Documents to be added to the application:

For completing a study programme, the documents are submitted through the Study Information System; materials of proof are submitted to the academic unit (originals are returned). For fulfilling the admission requirements, the documents are submitted to a student admission specialist or to the academic unit. In order to avoid complaints resulting from submitting an inadequate or surplus application, it is advised to consult a counsellor beforehand.
