A Round Table discussion entitled "The Neo-liberal State" will be held in
the auditorium M-134 (TU Mare building, Uus-Sadama 5) on Thursday, 12 April
at 16:00.Professor Raymond Plant, King's College, London, and Professor
Igor Gräzin, Tallinn University Law School, will make presentations at the
Round Table discussion. Professor Rein Müllerson, Tallinn University Law
School, will moderate the discussion.Professor Plant will present the main
ideas of his monograph "Neo-liberal State" (Oxford University Press, 2008)
at the Round Table discussion.In addition to the Round Table discussion,
Professor Plant will also give four public lectures.For further information
