Anders Fogh Rasmussen, Secretary General of NATO, will deliver a public
lecture entitled "NATO's Baltic Allies: Punching above Their Weight". The
lecture will be held in the auditorium M-218 (TU Mare building, Uus-Sadama
5) on Thursday, January 19 at 16:10.The lecture will focus on opportunities
for the Baltic countries to contribute towards guaranteeing trans-Atlantic
security with the help of innovation and cooperation. Urmas Paet, Minister
of Foreign Affairs of Estonia, will introduce the lecture.Please register
by sending your name and personal identification code by email to
info@eata.ee no later than 16.00 on January 17.Please arrive at least 20
minutes before the lecture begins (i.e. at 15:50) and have your ID card
available.The lecture will be in English and is organized by the Ministry
of Foreign Affairs, Tallinn University and the Estonian Atlantic Treaty
