On Friday, 20 January 2017 at 12:00, Antonia Nael will defend her doctoral thesis "Иллюстрированный «враг»: образ русского «врага» в печатных изданиях межвоенной Эстонии (An Enemy Illustrated: the Image of Russian Enemy in Estonian Interwar Media). The defence will take place at M-648, Mare Building, Uus-Sadama 5.

The supervisor was associate senior researcher Aurika Meimre of Tallinn University.

The opponents were Professor David Vseviov from the Estonian Academy of Arts, and Professor Andrei Rogatschevski from the Arctic University of Norway.
