Peeter Selg, a doctoral student at Tallinn University Institute of

Outline for a Theory of Political Semiotics" in the auditorium M-213 (TU
Mare Building, Uus-Sadama 5) on Tuesday, August 30 at 11:00.The supervisors
of the thesis are Professor Rein Ruutsoo, Tallinn University Institute of
Political Science and Governance, and Professor Risto Kalevi Heiskala,
