In the early morning of February 24th at 6:10, everyone is welcome to
gather in the lobby of Tallinn University Institute of History (Rüütli
10, Tallinn) before beginning a procession to Toompea in order to attend
the ceremony of raising the national flag on Pikk Hermann Tower.
Krambambuli will be served and the Rector of Tallinn University Rein Raud
will deliver a speech during this gathering. The procession to Toompea will
start from the lobby of the Institute at 7:00.
