According to Article 3.5 of the Statutes governing the Indrek Scholarship awards, all recipients must sign an annex to their current study agreement which indicates the following: (a) the amount by which the tuition fee will be redacted and (b) the amount of the tuition fee that the student must pay in the event that the scholarship does not cover the full amount of the semester tuition fee.
Recipients of the scholarship are therefore requested to contact their academic unit in order to sign this annex to their study agreement.
During August 2013, a total of 102 students attended for counselling, of whom 98 qualified to apply for the scholarship. The main reason for being disqualified was insufficient documentation. Of the 98 applicants who qualified to apply, 52 were awarded scholarships – 13 received a full scholarship and 39 received half-scholarships. The monthly income of the family for applicants who qualified was under €230.00. This means that for the remainder of the applicants who qualified to apply for the scholarship but did not receive it, the decision was made based on their income level.
