Population Europe has published a new data portal PERFAR www.perfar.eu, which includes a collection of detailed information on policies over time, a link catalogue to socio-economic and demographic data, and an online repository of research outcomes of European countries. For example, while accessing a list of family policies, users would also be able to retrieve a list of related data sources and research published outcomes in that same field.

About 20 partners of Population Europe, including the Estonian Institute for Population Studies contributed to the first collection of data and policy information for PERFAR.
The data portal is tailored to the information needs of researchers, policy makers, civil society organisations and journalists, and the contents is free of charge.
