We are deeply sorry to hear of the passing of Mary Louise Maxwell, a beloved English lecturer at our Language Centre. Having lived and worked in many countries, Mary had a vast experience of international lecturing. From 2009, she worked as an English lecturer at the TU Language Centre. She was a very popular and admired lecturer with a significant role at popularizing the English language and culture at Tallinn University.

Her co-workers will always remember her as a friendly and kind colleague, who would always lend a hand and who remained a proper English Lady in every situation.

The people at the language centre will remain thankful for the time we could spend with her.

Our sincere thoughts are with her family during this difficult time.
