Erasmus+ ICM application period is open
Erasmus+ International Credit mobility (KA171 - International mobility supported by external policy funds) supports student and staff mobility to and from third countries not associated with the programme.
Each university can submit only one application. The Head of International Cooperation at TLU collects mobility projects from the academic units and incorporates them into one application.

Erasmus+ International Credit mobility supports cooperation with third countries that are not associated to the Erasmus+ programme (except Switzerland, Andorra, Monaco, San Marino, the Vatican City State and the UK).
Supported activities:
- Student mobility for studies (2-12 months)*
- Student/recent graduates traineeship (2-12 months)
- Short-term mobility for PhD students (5-30 days)
- Staff mobility for teaching (5 days -2 months)
- Staff mobility for training (5 days -2 months)
- Blended mobility (5-30 days + virtual component)
*Outgoing student mobility for BA and MA is not possible with countries that receive Official development assistance (ODA).
In the framework of Erasmus+ International Credit Mobility, TLU has cooperated with universities from Australia, USA, Canada, Mexico, RSA, Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Hong Kong, China, Japan, Myanmar, Sri-Lanka, India, Ghana and Mozambique.
The Estonian budget for the programme is 1,6 million euros.
