The DoRa programme activity 8 “Participation of Young Researchers in the International Circulation of Knowledge” supports the participation of Estonian

• master’s students, 
• doctoral students,
• young researchers,
• members of teaching faculties

in the international exchange of knowledge and experience, and to help them make new contacts in the field of research. 

Activity 8 supports participation in international speciality-specific conferences, seminars or courses as well as other activities related to studies and research work (e.g. working in a library, using laboratories, developing study materials, working with instructors, participating in fieldwork, engaging in consultations). The topic of the event must be closely related to the research being carried out by the recipient of the stipend.

Stipend is provided for visits that last between 3 and 21 days. Visits to neighbouring counties may be shorter, but they must include at least 8 hours of work at the designated location.
