On bachelor鈥檚 level it鈥檚 possible to study Audiovisual Media, Crossmedia Production, Law, Liberal Arts in Humanities, and Liberal Arts in Social Sciences. On master鈥檚 level it鈥檚 possible to choose in between the following programmes: Anthropology, Audiovisual Media: Television/Documentary, Communication Management, Comparative Literature and Cultural Semiotics, Digital Library Learning (next admission in 2015), Economics and Management of Public Sector, Film Arts (no admission in 2014), Human-Computer Interaction, International Business Law, and International Relations. This year, there are two English-based master's programmes, which are tuition free programmes with 10 places available - Anthropology and Human-Computer Interaction. In addition, Estonian Institute of Humanities of Tallinn University offers four scholarships for Comparative Literature and Cultural Semiotics master's programme. The scholarships covering tuition will be awarded based on the entrance interview results.

Tallinn University uses the 3+2 system (i.e. three years of bachelor studies + two years of master studies).  Bachelor level (BA) applicants are required to have completed their secondary education and possess university eligibility. Master level (MA) applicants are required to have completed a Bachelor鈥檚 degree or the equivalent. Applicants also need to show proof of proficiency in English. All internationally recognised language proficiency tests, such as IELTS, FCE, CAE, CPE or TOEFL are accepted (more information available )Depending on the programme, there are also additional entrance tests such as an interview, written essay, portfolio etc. We recommend going the university web pages to see the exact terms for admission.

Application deadline for EU/EEA citizens and applicants from Turkey, Russia, and Ukraine is 1 July 2014.  In addition, three programmes (Law, International Business Law, and Communication Management) have an extended admission for EU citizen until 11 August, 2014. Application deadline for Non-EU/EEA citizens (except applicants from Turkey, Russia, and Ukraine) is closed for this year. 鈥淪ince at the moment the admission for third-country students is already closed and there is a month left until the application deadline, then we are happy to see that the number of applications has already exceeded last year鈥檚 figures鈥 commented Admissions Senior Specialist Merit Paist.
