International Relations Society is pleased to invite you on the seminar: "An overview of key themes of Brazilian Foreign Policy." 

The event creates a possibility to learn more about Brazilian Diplomacy, specifically it will touch such relevant aspects of Brazilian foreign policy as BRICS group, Mescosur and South America, relations with the US and the European Union.

Our guest-speaker will be Ramiro dos Santos Breitbach, secretary of the Embassy of Brazil in Tallinn, who will also share his diplomatic experience, recommendations to our IR students.

The seminar will be followed by questions and answers, which creates opportunity for attendees to find out more about “diplomacy in practice”
