Innovation Training will be held from 26 February to 26 March. Actual
meetings of the training group will be on 26 February and 26 March in the
auditorium M648 (Mare building, Uus-Sadama 5).Target group: Tallinn
University teachers and doctoral studentsAim of the course:- To provide new
knowledge and insights about creativity and innovativeness as phenomena;-
To train concrete innovation tools and methods that can be utilized in
teaching, workshops or seminars;- To try tools and methods in practice so
that they can immediately be taken into active use;- To encourage
participants to think in a new creative way and to utilize tools in their
daily work.Learning outcomesParticipants will:- Acknowledge the
possibilities to use innovation tools in university teaching;- Be
able to practice innovation tools and methods.Topics:What is
creativity?How to unleash creativity and how to develop it?Creativity
exercisesBarriers of creativityA model to understand innovation in a

teaching innovationThe training will be financed with the support of ESF
