Seminar on topic "Who Investes in Social Well-being? A View of the Trends in the Social Policy of the Baltic Sea Countries " is held on 19th of March.

Seminar focuses on social investing policies where SOGOLAS researchers Anu Toots and Triin Lauri talk about their experience in the international project (World Politics of Social Investment).

The ideas of social investment, their absence and emergence in the reforms of the social policy of the Baltic States will be discussed and also which role has the European Union played in putting these policies into action. Policy areas include labor market reform, family and educational policy reforms.
