How does one become a youth worker in Estonia?
This short lecture provides an overview of the role and meaning of a youth worker in Estonia.
It explores the core responsibilities, principles, and values of the profession, as well as the personal qualities, knowledge and skills necessary to succeed in this field. Participants will learn about the different pathways to becoming a youth worker – from formal academic education at universities to various training opportunities and the national qualification system. The session will highlight both formal and non-formal routes into the profession, along with their respective strengths and challenges.
This lecture is particularly valuable for youth sector developers who are interested in understanding how professional youth workers are trained and recognized in Estonia and what makes a youth worker truly professional.

Price
1400 EUR in total (for a group up to 30 participants) + 22% VAT.
This includes preparation in discussion with the client, organisation of the presentation and one coffee break for 30 participants. A 90-minute session (lecture + discussion).
