Everyone is welcome to the festive flag hoisting ceremony at 4 p.m. in front of the Rävala pst 10 building, where the rector will give a speech, Tallinn University Men's Choir performs and a flag is hoisted. This is the Academic Library's way of celebrating the end of the renovation and launch of the new modern digitisation centre.
