G4S Dormitory
Address: Marsi Street 10, 11316 Tallinn (). 30 minutes from the city centre by bus and 40 minutes from the Tallinn University main campus by bus. You can take bus from Kaubamaja or Estonia stop to Marsi stop (in front of Tondi Street 55). Please see the of the dormitory.
Tallinn University Institute of Health Sciences and Sports and Department of Crafts are in a walking distance (20 minutes). The Tondi Selver supermarket and the nearest bus stops are about 300-400 meters away, also nearby are G4S cafe at Tammsaare Road 25 (opened 08:30-16:30) and sports centres - , , .
NB! There are limited number of places available in the dormitory.
Rooms: Shared double rooms and single rooms. Rooms are arranged in groups of two rooms sharing a WC, bathroom and kitchen with washing machine, electric cooker and fridge (kitchen utensils are not included). All rooms are furnished. Each student is responsible for cleaning his or her own room and for keeping the bathroom tidy. Size of the room: 13,9 m虏, kitchen: 9,5 m虏. The accommodation will be reserved for you for a fixed period.
Rent: Monthly rent per person in a shared double room is 217 EUR and 434 EUR in a single room. Rent includes communal costs (water, electricity and heating), Internet access (with internet cable, no wifi), bed linen and laundry service for bed linen twice a month, blanket and pillow. You can pay the rent via a bank transfer. The rent must be paid by 15th every month, invoice will be sent to your e-mail.
Booking a place: After you have been officially accepted to Tallinn University, you will receive the housing offer by e-mail, if places are available in the dormitory. You will also have to pay the deposit (217 EUR for double room and 434 EUR for single room). (The deposit is not the first months' rent!) If you do not pay the deposit money you will lose the place. If the deposit money is paid by the fixed deadline the booking will be made for you and you will receive the confirmation about your booking by e-mail. The deposit is not refundable in case You cancel the booking. Otherwise, the deposit money will be returned to the student after their stay.

Moving in and contract: Please inform the dormitory about your arrival date and time (first day of accommodation is January 27, 2018): kalev.polluaas@ee.g4s.com.
You will get the key from the dormitory reception (recommended arrival time: 07:00-15:30) and you will sign the contract after arrival to the dormitory. More information: Mr Kalev P玫lluaas, tel: +372 5047 344.
Moving out: Please inform dormitory administration one month before you plan to move out by e-mailing to kalev.polluaas@ee.g4s.com. Please end the contract and leave the key to the head of the dormitory (Mr Kalev P玫lluaas). Please note: if you want the deposit money to be returned to an account other than the one you have paid from, please submit a written application to the dormitory accountant.
