iCal calendarAs a student or recent graduate of Tallinn University you have a great opportunity to do Erasmus+ Traineeship at an enterprise or organisation of one of the EU countries or joined programme countries (Turkey, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia).
TU students can do Erasmus+ Traineeship if they have completed at least the 1st year of bachelor’s studies by the start of the traineeship. The minimum duration of the traineeship is 2 months and maximum 12 months. In addition, student’s foreign language proficiency (i.e. the knowledge of the working language) has to be at least on B1 level. Erasmus+ Traineeship has to be carried out within the compulsory traineeship subject, or be made within any other subject in student's TU Study Programme (as long as student's academic unit agrees with that). In short: traineeship has to give credits (ECTS) which have to be transferred to student's TU Study Programme upon completing the traineeship abroad.
NEW! Erasmus+ Traineeship for Recent Graduates can be carried out and completed within one year from the graduation, and can maximally last for 6 months. As Recent Graduate Traineeship is carried out after the end of studies, no credits have to be earned, and the recent graduate will receive the Europass certificate at the end of the traineeship.
Students can for the traineeship throughout the year and traineeship can also be carried out during summer! Applications should be submitted the latest 2 months before the start of the foreseen traineeship. In case of Traineeship for Recent Graduates, the application should be presented the latest 2 months before the foreseen graduation.

The scholarship for Erasmus+ Traineeship (both for students and recent graduates) is 595 €/month for higher living cost countries and 535 €/month for lower living cost countries. In addition, all outgoing trainees will receive one-time, lump-sum based, scholarship in the total amount of 165 € provided by Estonian Government.
