An assembly for higher education reform, education policy and civil society
will held in the atrium of TU Mare building (Uus-Sadama
5) on Monday, February 13 at 18:00.Everyone interested in the
discussion on these issues is welcome to attend. The floor will be provided
for speakers on equal premises, and political or professional allegiance
will be deemed neither an impediment nor an advantage.A well-known
consensus method, which was used by Occupy Wall Street, will be used at the
assembly. The moderator of the discussion will be Mr Tarmo Jüristo.
