A Debate Day with ambassadors and experts takes place on December 12 at the Assembly Hall of Tallinn University.

“VILNIUS SUMMIT IMPACT ON EASTERN PARTNERSHIP AND CHALLENGES FOR ESTONIA“

After the Vilnius summit and due to Estonia's EU membership status and long-term cooperation with Eastern Partnership Countries (EPC) an additional debate is organized on the 12th of December in Tallinn with ambassadors and experts. The discussion focuses on two aspects: relationship between EU and the EPC and follow-up of the Vilnius summit. Debaters are EPC ambassadors in Estonia, academics of University of Tartu and other acknowledged experts of the field. 

The event will be held in English.

The debate is organized if frame of joint training programme called TRADERUN, which aims to introduce business climate, politics and cultural specialities of Russia and the Eastern Partnership Countries. TRADERUN is conducted by European College at University of Tartu, Tallinn University, Estonian School of Diplomacy and Tallinn University of Technology.
