Terrorism and Counter Terrorism Innovation – from Cyberspace to "learning competitions"

Innovation and adaptation in terrorist organizations and how to counter it - are a "competition" on learning and adapting, faster. Insights and lessons learned for enhanced cooperation are critical in preventing and preparing for futures of terrorism.

We'll explore viral terror triggers, and exploitation of cyberspace by terrorists- and demonstrate countermeasures and approaches, from predictive policing and monitoring social media (for patterns or weak signals) to public engagement, for resilience and response.
