Chairman of the Parliament of Georgia will deliver a public lecture

The lecture will take place at the Tallinn University’s Tallinn Hall
(Uus-Sadama Str 5, II floor, room U-218) at 14.30 o’clock.

In his lecture mr Bakradze will speak of recent developments in Georgia,
Russia-Georgia August War and its consequences on Georgia, in the region
and European security, Georgia's development perspectives, democratic
reforms that the government recently initiated, the essence of these
reforms and how Georgia intends to succeed in this direction.

David Bakradze has been serving as the Chairman of the Parliament of
Georgia since June 7, 2008. Bakradze's previous assignments include a
member of the Parliament from the United National Movement, Minister for
the Conflict Issues (July 2007-January 2008), Minister of Foreign Affairs
(January 2008-April 2008), and the President of Georgia's special envoy to
NATO and the European Union (April 2008-June 2008).

Everyone is welcome. The lecture is in English, translation to Estonian is
