Public Lecture: Ukraine Crisis and Wider Security Implications for Europe

iCal calendarThe Tallinn University International Relations Society is hosting a public lecture on the Russia-Ukraine crisis and its implications for European security. We are very pleased to announce that Chever Voltmer, Deputy Chief of Mission of the American Embassy in Tallinn, will speak on this issue.
Chever Voltmer is a career member of the Foreign Service. She has spent considerable time in Eastern Europe, serving most recently as Economic Counselor in Kyiv, Ukraine. In addition, she has worked in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Russia, and Poland. Chever also spent two tours in Latin America, serving in Ecuador and Guyana.
The event will be held in English for anybody interested in International Relations, the Ukraine Crisis and Security Questions for Europe.
