lost“.Seminar toimub inglise keeles. Seminari tutvustus on järgmine:
„The often splendid performance of the German Wehrmacht on the
battlefields of Europe and North Africa has created the popular view that
the Allies won the Second World War only late and by the skin of their
teeth. This view will be challenged by Bernd Wegner, who argues that
inspite of a highly developed art of operational warfare, Hitler’s
Germany suffered from both, fundamental structural deficiencies and serious
shortcomings of its strategic decision-making system. As a result, Germany
