4 years ago in 2012 I found out about (TSS). It offered a lot of different , at that moment I was interested in improving my English language skills, so I decided to spend three weeks of my summer holidays in a useful way to improve my English. And it was a great experience! I had a very intensive and nice study time and also very interesting . I met lots of wonderful people, with whom I am still in touch even after 4 years. But more importantly, I realised that Tallinn University is a place where I would like to study. It became my dream and aim. And one year after my first TSS, I enrolled to Tallinn University.
I chose the Liberal Arts programme, because it gives the students opportunity to study and try themselves in very different areas. In my opinion it is good to develop multifaceted skills. My major is Communication and Public Relations and I also have two minors: International Relations and, Psychology and Practice. The educational system differs from what we got used to in Russia but it did not take too much time to adjust. The study process is very entertaining and challenging - which is important, if you want to learn something. We have great lecturers from different countries, all of them are real professionals. What is most valuable for me is that they know how to inspire the students.
The studies at Tallinn University gave me a lot of experience and knowledge in different fields, it also gave me new ideas and plans for the future. I made amazing friends without whom I cannot imagine my life, I attended so many interesting events. I really like the international atmosphere at our university. Overall, I love the city of Tallinn - this beautiful, accessible, and modern city with a rich historical background and cultural heritage.

I should mention that starting from my first visit to Summer School I've been participating in TSS every summer, I have taken and courses. TSS is a very addictive thing. I can't imagine my summer holidays without it anymore. It's my annual way to have a whiff of fresh air. It brings so many positive emotions and energy. The study process is very informative, effective and full of fun. Well, this is where Tallinn University shines.
So this is my story of how I found my university and decided to connect my life with it. In future I am planning to apply for my masters... I have a feeling I know where I would like to continue my education :)
PS: The for this year's Summer School is open!
