PRACTICAL COURSE OF FINNISH FOOD CULTURE 05.04.23 registration
Estonia and Finland are separated by only 80 km of sea route, but there are some differences in our food culture. Come and find out what Finnish national dishes are? What Finns love to serve on their everyday meals and on celebrations? How has nature influenced the food of Finns living in different parts of the country? Several exciting dishes will be introduced - Karelian pies, salmon soup, blueberry pastries and much more.
The course will be held in English and the supervisors are the students from University of Helsinki, Veera Airaksinen and Anni Lehto.
