After taking some time to process the change we are now happy to welcome Prof. Marge Unt as the journals new editor in chief of the sociological section of STSS. Marge Unt is Professor of Comparative Sociology at Tallinn University. Prof. Unt has led and participated in a great number large scale and international research projects (, , , etc.), served as advisor to government departments in Estonia, Kyrgystan, Qatar and Peru, and is a member of several national and international review boards. Her research interests are especially in life-course in comparative perspective, namely the youth transitions in adulthood, gender inequalities in work-career and in late career dynamics and the role of social institutions.
We look forward to working with Professor Unt and welcoming her to the journal!
