ESRC Researcher Malcolm Harvey from the University of Aberdeen will deliver an Open Lecture on the topic of 'Scottish Independence - The Potential Break-Up of Britain and What Happens Next' at the Institute of Political Science and Governance, Tallinn University  at 16.00 on February 10, in room M-134.

Malcolm Harvey is a researcher on the ESRC-funded project "" as part of ESRC's commitment to fund academic research into the Scottish constitutional debate. The project seeks to consider what scope would Scotland have to fashion its own social and economic settlement under different constitutional scenarios, given the legal, institutional and economic constraints it would face. 

The lecture will be held in English.
