iCal calendarSavy will unlock many layers and subject matters around filmmaking with his lecture which is part of the Sleepwalkers Student and Short Film Festival this years programme. He is most acclaimed for dissecting upon two issues – film festival marketing and low-budget filmmaking that focuses specially on science fiction. Both of these subjects will be definitely disserted by him in the coming lecture of “How to Make Impossible Possible?”
Louis Savy is the director of SCI-FI-LONDON film festival. He started the festival 12 years ago with a unique platform for Science Fiction and Fantastic filmmaking – a challenging competition for filmmakers to create 5 minute short only in 48 hours. Today is Savy well known as a producer and marketer for numerous projects and events that cover filmmaking. He has been Operation Director for Film Festival Academy since 2012. Savy work has also contributed to the London Festival of Architecture, Terracotta Film Festival and Turkish Film Festival – to name a few.
