Triin is a Professor of Comparative Public Policy. Her research interests lie primarily in comparative education and welfare policy. Her work focuses on the contemporary welfare state and public services, including their nature, challenges, governance, and design. She also studies policy experiences and how policies are reflected in people’s fairness perceptions and political preferences.
