A Series of Public Lectures on Palestine at Tallinn University
From 4 to 11 December, Tallinn University School of Humanities will host a series of public lectures and discussions focused on Palestinian history, culture, collective memory, and the broader Middle Eastern conflict.
What has been missing in the discussion of Middle East conflicts in the Estonian media and politics, has mostly been perspectives of Palestinians and of scholars specializing in genocide studies, colonial histories, and Middle Eastern conflicts. These events seek to fill that gap and open space for informed, meaningful dialogue.
All interested participants are welcome to attend the following events:
- 4 December, 16:00鈥17:30 (Terra, T-223)
鈥淢emory Wars and the War on Palestinian Memory: 77 Years of the Ongoing Nakba鈥
