Exploring Spanish Culture: A Tallinn University Student in the La Rioja Summer Courses
In July 2025 Ãœlle Jaanhold, a Spanish Language and Culture BA student from Tallinn University School of Humanities, participated in Spanish Literature and Culture Course at the University of La Rioja.
of the University of La Rioja consist of 20 hours of morning classes per week (80 hours in total), which are complemented with cultural activities and excursions to places of interest in Logroño and the surrounding area. ().
Ülle Jaanhold’s participation at the University of La Rioja was financed by a grant awarded under the call announced by the Rector of the University of La Rioja for applications to foreign universities for the Spanish Summer Courses 2025, with the aim of promoting the participation of the international university community in the teaching and learning opportunities offered in Spanish as a Foreign Language for the academic year 2024–2025 and based on the Collaboration Agreement between the Government of La Rioja and the University of La Rioja, for the development and implementation of the Projects under the La Rioja Transformation Plan for the period 2022–2025.
